Consultation Paper Responses Published
7 May 2008: The responses to the consultation paper Regulations to Implement the Private Security Industry Act 2001 in Respect of Private Investigation and Precognition Agents are now available on the Security Industry Authority (SIA) website.
The consultation was conducted by the Home Office and set out four options for regulation including a preferred option: regulation by the SIA.
