9 July 2008: The Security Industry Authority's (SIA) online Enforcement pages have been enhanced to show the actions taken as a result of intelligence the SIA receives.

In June 2008, the SIA received 1,187 pieces of intelligence, which included:

• 594 pieces of information sent directly to the SIA by the public and individuals working in the private security industry
• 75 intelligence reports provided through Crimestoppers
• 371 pieces of information provided by the police and other law enforcement agencies

This information will be updated on a monthly basis.
