15 August 2008: As part of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, the SIA is inviting Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) operatives to register their interest in attending a network meeting with the SIA and other representatives from their sector.

This is an opportunity for those in the CCTV sector to engage with the SIA and others in the industry, to act as a contributor to the meetings and discuss topical issues such as regulation, SIA developments, and moving the sector forward.

The SIA will arrange and facilitate the first meeting, after which it is anticipated that this new interest group will self manage subsequent meetings.
