Bruce Warman

Bruce became an SIA Board Member on 1 April 2003. He was Director of Personnel for Vauxhall Motors, 1987-2003. His work there included being Chief Negotiator in pay negotiations and Chairman of two Pension Boards. He is currently a member of the Employment Appeal Tribunal, the School Teachers’ Review Body and a Tribunal member of the Accounting Investigation and Disciplinary Board. He is also a qualified executive coach.

Previously he was Chairman of the CBI Employment Relations Panel, HR Directors Forum and the CBI East Council.

He was also a member of the ACAS Council, the Luton and Bedfordshire Learning and Skills Council and many other business and education related bodies.
