We have developed a strategy to meet our stakeholder engagement objectives.
We have many different stakeholders, all of whom have differing levels of interest in (and influence over) our objectives. We propose to engage with each stakeholder using methods appropriate to that specific group or individual.

We will establish networks that will enable these diverse interests and individuals to contribute to SIA policy-making in a constructive manner. We will also set up focus groups to work on specific high-priority issues, inviting knowledgeable and experienced individuals to give advice that we can draw upon.
Another important part of our stakeholder engagement strategy is our annual stakeholder conference.

We believe that the SIA should lead on strategic engagement about regulation, and should also act as a contributor to forums looking at other issues.
