Our online achievement record is used to capture and review your scores (as you work through the Self Assessment Workbook) and will also enable you to proceed with a formal application, should you chose to do so.

An email containing your user name, password and a link to the achievement record will be emailed to you when you register. The achievement record allows you to enter your assessment results in a single session or multiple sessions, which means you can complete this process in a time frame that is convenient to you. You can also print reports and (once you have submitted your achievement record) you can request the ACS applications forms, which must be completed and the original copies returned to us by post.

Note: the Self Assessment Workbook, Workbook Guide and online achievement record were revised in August 2008 following a review of the Approved Contractor Scheme.
