Reporting Close Protection Operatives

We welcome any information relating to Close protection operatives working without a licence or in breach of the licensing conditions; we also welcome information on private security companies illegally supplying unlicensed Close protection operatives.

This information will help us target our efforts to ensure compliance with the Private Security Industry Act 2001 and thus improve standards in the private security industry. Please note that we cannot provide feedback on any actions we may take as a result of the information you provide.

You can tell us about the following:

Close protection operatives working without a licence   Close protection operatives breaching licence conditions
     
Close protection operatives working with expired licences   Close protection operatives working with fake licences
     
Close protection operatives working with revoked or suspended licences   Close protection operatives working with licences that were fraudulently obtained
