Some security operatives may need more than one licence; in such cases the second licence will be discounted by 50%. As an example, if you apply for a Security licence (at a cost of £245) and you also require a Public Space Surveillance CCTV licence, the second licence will cost £122.50.

You will be asked to pay the full price (£245 per licence) when applying for the second licence; you can then write in to request a partial refund. In all cases the full-price licence must have more than four months unexpired.

• Your full name
• Your address details
• The licence numbers for both of your licences.

If you do not provide this information we will not be able to process your refund request.

Wherever possible you should also include:

• A telephone number we can use to contact you
• The date you made the request

Please note that:

• Refunds on licences applied for through our bulk application system will be paid to the company that made (and paid for) the bulk application submission.
• Discounts will not be available for the Vehicle Immobiliser licence. If you apply for two licences and one of them is a Vehicle Immobiliser licence, that licence must be paid for in full and a discount may be requested on the second licence.
