To be listed on the Register, individuals from all the EEA member states need to complete a declaration form (download size: 42kb) with evidence that they are legally established in their home member state and have no criminal convictions. They must re-register every year using the same form if they wish to continue to work on a temporary basis.

We have published a guidance document (download size: 404kb) on how to complete the declaration.

The register contains the following information:

• Last name
• First name
• Reference number
• Activity (e.g. door supervision) for which the individual is licensed
• Role (front line or non-front line)
• Expiry date of temporary registration
• EU Licence number, if applicable
• Country of Origin

The list should be used in conjunction with our Register of Licence Holders. New entries on the list are presented in red.
