Licence holders must tell the SIA if their licence is lost or has been stolen. They should also let us know if their licence has been damaged and they need a replacement.
- If their licence has been lost they should write to us, explaining the circumstances of the loss.
- If their licence has been stolen they should report the theft to the police, obtain a crime reference number from them and forward the police report to us with a covering letter.
- If their licence has been damaged they should return the licence to us with a covering letter.

We do not normally charge for replacing a licence; however, if we receive repeated requests for replacement licences we may investigate further and/or demand a fee. |
