Licence holders must tell the SIA if they change their name or address.

• If they have changed their name they should send us the legal document that made the change (e.g. Decree Absolute, Deed Poll document, Marriage Certificate) and a covering letter containing their old and new signature.
• If they have changed their address they should write to us with details of the change. They should include a Group B document showing the new address.
