Our list of revoked and suspended licences contains the following information:

• First name
• Surname
• Licence number
• Activity to which the licence related (e.g. door supervision).
• Role (front line or non-front line)
• Whether the licence has been suspended or revoked
• The date the licence was suspended or revoked

The list should be used in conjunction with our Register of Licence Holders. New entries on the list are presented in red.

Please note that:

• Revocation of a licence is permanent. If we have revoked an individual's licence, no subsequent licence will be issued until the person meets our published criteria.
• Suspension of a licence is for a limited period (set by us) which will be reviewed after being in force for a maximum of three months, but may be extended to the life of the licence.
