Our bulk application service provides a mechanism by which companies can manage the completion and submission of forms on behalf of their employees.
You can request blank application forms in packs of 25, 50 or 100. Once the forms have been completed they may be submitted to us in batches of up to fifty (irrespective of when or how they were requested) along with a single payment for each batch.
We will need supporting documentation for every application form - our checklist gives details on what is required. All documentation will be returned directly to the individual applicants but please don't send anything they might need in the near future.
Our batch application tracker will enable you to confirm that we have received any applications you have sent, and to track the progress of individual applications within each batch. It should take six to nine weeks for a straight-forward application to be processed: this time starts from when a correctly completed application form is received. Complex applications (for example, applications subject to Criminal Records Bureau or qualification enquiries and those requiring overseas criminality checks) may take longer than this.
