Following the publication of the new 'Get Licensed, SIA Licensing Criteria' booklet [SG/07-08/02 (October 2007) Ll L02] the changes from the previous booklet are detailed below.

• Address and telephone contact details for the SIA have been updated
• Training and qualification details have been amended in respect of the cash and valuables in transit, door supervisor and security licences. Details of the specific qualifications allowing training/assessment exemption have been removed.
• Details of the new online application service have been added
• Typographical errors in our list of criminal offences have been corrected
